Needle Valves


Features :
SS 316 construction for corrosion resistance, full or reduced bore for excellent flow. Flexible 3 piece design. Anti blow out internally loaded stem for safety. 90° smooth action operation pipe seats for ease of use and minimum maintenance.

Physical Features :
Pressure Rating 400 Kg/ CM2

Material Options :
SS 316, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Bronze, Hastalloy Monel, etc. Optional KEL-F, Polyaman packing available with high pressure valves.

Standards : BS 5750

Tests :
Each Valve is tested with Nitrogen at 1000 PSI for Seat and Seal Leakage with a leakage rate of 0.1 Sec / Min.

Hydro Tests :
Performed with pure water at 1-1/2 Liters of the working pressure. Other tests like Helium, Sesmic are available upon request.

End Connections :
Variety of end connections ¼'' to 1'' NPT, BSP male or female threaded or ¼'', 3/8'', ½'' single or twin ferrule tube fitting ends.

2 Way Manifold Valves


2 Valve manifold pipe to flange design for separate mounting. Connecting system impulse lines and transmitters. Having simple two valve configuration which allows for easy block, bleed & calibration of a static pressure transmitter or gauge.

Features :
  • 316 S.S. Body construction for superior corrosion resistance.
  • Non rotating VEE tip prevents galling & promotes repetitive shut-off.
  • Optional graphoil packing material is available for high temp. rating 1000° F @ 6000 PSI

Testing :
  • Pneumatic Test : Each valve is tested with nitrogen at 100 Psi in accordance with MSS - SP- 61 for seat & Packing leakage.

3 Way Manifold Valves

Features :
BSI 3 Valve manifold T- type pipe to flange connection design for connecting system impulse lines and transmitters. This manifold consists to ½'' NPT female connections on 54mm (2-18'') centers and of the equalizer valve and two block valves ¼'' NPT purge connections are optional.

Physical Features :
  • 316 S.S. Body construction for superior corrosion resistance.
  • Non rotating VEE tip prevents galling & promotes repetitive shut-off.
  • Optional graphoil packing material is available for high temp. rating 1000° F @ 6000 PSI

BSI Syphons can be used to protect instruments from higher temperature & direct contact of live medium with instruments. These are manufactured in carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Alloy Steel with butt weld or Threaded Ports.

Condensate POT / Seal POT
Condensate POT / Seal POT is a section of pipe (4inch in diameter) installed horizontally at the orifice flange union to provide a large -area surge surface for movement of the impulse line fluid with instrument element position change. It is used to reduce measurement error for hydrostatic head difference in the impulse lines.
